Tolerances
Production tolerances should be documented
Printing and converting processes have practical tolerances. BOXOX should define agreed tolerances in quotations/terms rather than implying absolute visual identity between every batch.
Claims
If something is wrong, it needs a traceable route
Customer complaints should create a job-linked QC ticket with affected quantity, images/evidence, investigation, decision and resolution status.
