Keep production files linked to the correct job and version.
For production artwork, include the order or RFQ reference and version number. Use clear file names and avoid sending a new file under the same version name.
PRINT-READY CHECKLIST
Before you upload.
- Correct document dimensions and bleed
- Images at suitable effective resolution
- CMYK / spot colours set as required
- Fonts embedded, outlined or packaged as agreed
- Cut / crease / foil / UV layers clearly separated
- Linked assets included where applicable
- Version number visible in file name or comments
