Terms & Conditions
General terms for use of the BOXOX website, portal and commercial workflow.
Specific quotations, purchase orders, invoices, written agreements and approved job specifications may contain additional or overriding commercial terms.
1. QUOTATIONS & ORDERS
A quotation is based on the information supplied at the time it is issued.
Prices, taxes, freight, delivery dates and validity are as stated in the quotation. An order is considered accepted only after BOXOX confirms the commercial order or begins performance under agreed terms. Changes to quantity, material, size, artwork, finishing, packing or delivery can change price and timeline.
2. ARTWORK & APPROVAL
Production follows the approved file and agreed specification.
Customers are responsible for reviewing text, spelling, numbers, legal copy, dimensions, barcodes, trademarks and other content before approval. BOXOX may assist with prepress checks, but approval authorises production of the submitted / revised version identified in the record.
3. PRODUCTION & TOLERANCES
Printing and converting involve normal process variation.
Colour, cutting, folding, binding, board, paper and finishing can vary within commercially reasonable production tolerances unless a tighter written tolerance is specifically accepted. Repeat batches may also vary from earlier batches because of material and process conditions.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery dates are based on timely approval, material availability and agreed production conditions.
Delays caused by late artwork, customer changes, force majeure, courier / transport events or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect the schedule. Risk and responsibility for delivery follow the applicable commercial document and agreed Incoterm / delivery arrangement, if any.
5. PAYMENT
Payment terms are those accepted in the quotation, invoice or written account agreement.
Late payment may result in production or dispatch being placed on hold. Taxes are charged as applicable. Bank details should be verified through authorised BOXOX communication before remittance.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers must have the right to reproduce supplied content.
BOXOX may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe or otherwise inappropriate for production. Customer files are used for fulfilling the requirement and related operational records, subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. CLAIMS
Quality or quantity concerns should be reported promptly with evidence.
Please retain affected goods, packaging, labels and photographs so the issue can be investigated against the approved specification and production record. Remedies depend on the cause, affected quantity and agreed commercial terms.
8. GOVERNING TERMS
Commercial documents form part of the transaction.
Where there is a conflict, a specifically negotiated written agreement or accepted quotation / purchase order term may take precedence over these general website terms to the extent stated. These terms should be read with the Privacy, Delivery, Change, Artwork and Quality policies.
