If the product and specification are saved in your BOXOX account, you can reference the previous order or saved product. Confirm whether artwork, quantity, material, finish or delivery details have changed before the repeat order is accepted.

Printed colour can vary because of substrate, process, ink, coating, machine setup and repeat-batch conditions. If colour is critical, identify it before production and agree the reference, proof or spot-colour requirement. Screen colour alone is not a guaranteed print match.

Price is affected by size, quantity, material, GSM / board, colour count, print process, finishing, tooling, binding / conversion, packing, freight and timeline. A cheaper unit price can sometimes require a larger run or simpler specification.

Common production files include print-ready PDF and, where required, editable AI, EPS, PSD, CDR or packaged source files. Images, spreadsheets and ZIP archives can also be used as references. Final file suitability is confirmed during prepress.
